Job summary

42North Dental is a Boston-rooted dental practice seeking a General Dentist to join a team dedicated to delivering healthy, confident smiles for life. You will oversee the full patient journey from initial exam to treatment, with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Position is 2–3 days per week, with hours 8AM–5PM or 10AM–7PM, and compensation up to 36% of collections, plus health/Dental/vision, 401K, and access to Harvard Rounds Network CE

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state dentistry license.
• Vaccination against Hepatitis B.
• Malpractice insurance coverage.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose and treat dental diseases.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain and update dental records and radiographs.
• Provide comprehensive restorative and preventive care.
• Perform surgical procedures when required.
