42 North Dental, built by dentists for dentists, seeks a part-time General Dentist in Hollidaysburg, PA. Join a team delivering comprehensive care, with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Offer includes a daily guarantee or up to 36% of collections, flexible schedule with Tue/Thu and every other Friday, and benefits for eligible part-time employees, plus opportunities for CE and career growth.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues
• Maintain high standards of care and ethics
• Keep abreast of new developments through CE and professional development

Education

DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program
