Moorehead Dentistry is seeking a Clinical Support & Sterilization Technician in Lebanon, OH. The role focuses on mastering sterilization, infection prevention, and operatory turnover to support exceptional patient care.

You will grow to assist with chairside support, learn patient care tasks, and become a valuable resource to doctors and dental assistants while maintaining a clean and organized clinical environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Dental experience not required—training provided.
• Desire to learn and grow in dental profession.
• Attention to detail and quality.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Experience with dental software is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean, disinfect, inspect, package, sterilize, and store dental instruments according to infection control protocols.
• Prepare, clean, and turn over operatories for patients.
• Organize and restock treatment rooms and supplies.
• Monitor sterilization equipment and documentation for compliance.
• Assist with inventory management and communication of supply needs.
• Support efficient patient flow by anticipating team needs.
• Learn chairside assisting through hands-on training and mentorship.
