Job summary

Dental Depot 91st & Indian School PLLC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a licensed dental hygienist for a part-time role. You will provide preventive and periodontal care, take radiographs, educate patients, and perform adjunctive procedures under the Dentist's direction.

The position requires an accredited DH degree, current license and CPR, and the ability to administer nitrous oxide or local anesthesia when authorized. Proficiency with Eaglesoft and basic Office tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• DDS/DH licensure and CPR certification current.
• Ability to administer nitrous oxide and/or local anesthesia when authorized.
• Familiarity with Eaglesoft or similar dental software.
• Clean driving record if traveling for company business.
• Vaccination against Hepatitis B or declination form completed within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive and periodontal dental hygiene care and radiographs as directed.
• Educate patients on oral health and preventive strategies.
• Assess oral health and document findings for diagnosis and planning.
• Perform prophylaxis, scaling, fluoride, sealants, and anesthesia as permitted.
• Maintain instrument sterilization and infection-control standards.
• Support recall, follow-up care, and clinic workflows.
• Prepare impressions for whitening trays and assist with routine procedures.
