Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills in dentistry and collaboration with dentists on treatment planning.
• Proficiency in hygiene and dental prophylaxis procedures with attention to patient comfort.
• Ability to assess, monitor, and communicate periodontal findings clearly to patients and the dental team.
• Current state licensure as a Dental Hygienist and CPR/BLS certification.
• Knowledge of infection control standards, sterilization procedures, and OSHA/HIPAA regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with commitment to patient-centered care and cultural sensitivity.
• Experience using dental practice management software is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based small office environment and manage time efficiently in a part-time schedule.
