Belvidere Dental Associates, P is seeking a part-time Dental Assistant in Belvidere, NJ, offering 24 hours per week on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, plus one Saturday monthly. The role includes room setup, patient comfort, and chairside assistance with a modern practice environment.

Compensation ranges $20–$24 per hour with PTO and 401(k) benefits. Experience with NJ x-ray certification is required or in progress; opportunity for additional hours may arise, with a supportive team and focus

Qualifications

• Self-starter and team player with strong communication, customer service skills, and high attention to detail.
• Must hold a NJ dental x-ray certification or be in the process of acquiring one.

Responsabilités

• Welcome patients into treatment area and ensure comfort.
• Discuss care plans and answer questions.
• Take vital signs and accurately record medical history.
• Prep sterilized equipment and assist dentist during procedures and exams.
• Maintain clean, organized treatment rooms and office space.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.
