The hybrid course meets two evenings weekly—one online via Zoom or Teams and one on campus—covering topics such as dental history, anatomy, equipment, radiography, and professional ethics, while preparing students for the DANB RHS exam.

Qualifications

• Experience in the field of Dental Assisting
• DANB RHS certification
• EFDA certification preferred
• Previous teaching experience highly desired
• Knowledge of Zoom or Microsoft Teams preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging instruction covering essential topics in dental assisting
• Prepare students for the DANB RHS exam
• Developing and administering course assessments
• Evaluating and documenting student progress
• Maintaining attendance and progress records
• Participating in information sessions and program activities
