Job summary

Imagen Dental Partners in Glenview, IL is seeking a friendly Dental Assistant who can grow with our close-knit private practice. This part-time role offers competitive hourly pay and opportunities to expand responsibilities beyond chairside assisting.

You will welcome patients, assist the doctor, manage back-office tasks, and help ensure a safe, efficient dental environment. The schedule includes Monday, Friday, and Saturday shifts with potential extra days as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience working as a Dental Assistant
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with Dental Softwares such as Denticon is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room.
• Assist the doctor in providing care to the patient.
• Be knowledgeable of existing and emerging technologies and clinical initiatives that impact the back-office experience.
• Actively monitor lab materials and supplies.
• Develop a relationship with the patient.
• Follow all OSHA/HIPAA guidelines.
• Clean and sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms as needed.
• Take, expose, and mount high quality dental radiographs.
• Contribute to the team in achieving business objectives to accomplish goals.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and team.
