Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs and handle hazardous materials safely.
• Experience delivering automotive parts or paint preferred.
• Able to use a computer for order processing.
• Clean driving record; warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure showroom is stocked, inventory rotated, and warehouse kept clean and safe.
• Process orders by phone, email, or in person with excellent service; assist with inside sales tasks.
• Mix or tint paint and provide product information including MSDS and hazards.
• Operate a forklift, move stock, receive freight, assist with inventory counts, and shipping.
• Handle complaints, escalate to supervisor, and follow PPE safety protocols.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and collaborate with branches in a professional manner.
