The role includes cooking, packing orders, and delivering orders using a company vehicle or your own. Peak-day availability is required, with starting pay at $10/hr plus tips and delivery incentives.

Qualifications

• Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
• Must have current car insurance with driver listed as an authorized driver
• Must have own personal vehicle available for delivering orders
• Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle and follow traffic laws
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable standing/walking in extreme weather
• Willingness to follow written and verbal instructions in a loud kitchen environment
• Availability during peak days (e.g. Bosses' Day, Admin Pro Day, Valentine’s Day)
• Starting pay is $10/hr plus tips and fees (average $15-20/hr)
• Prepare and package orders
• Greet and assist walk-in customers with a smile

Responsibilities

• Bake and prepare warm, delicious treats according to our recipes and standards
• Package orders accurately and efficiently for delivery or pickup
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
• Deliver warm treats to customers quickly and courteously using company or personal vehicles
• Provide outstanding customer service with a smile during deliveries and at walk-ins
• Assist with other store duties including packaging and cleaning
