Job summary

Tiff's Treats is seeking part-time Delivery Drivers in Fort Worth to deliver warm, delicious treats with a friendly attitude. Availability is Sunday through Thursday, with shifts 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, and drivers may use the company vehicle or their own.

Compensation includes base pay, tips, and incentives. Starting pay is $10/hr plus tips and fees; many drivers earn $15–$20/hr on average.

Qualifications

• Must have clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Must have current auto insurance with driver listed as insured driver.
• Own vehicle available for delivering orders when company vehicles are occupied.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive attitude and deliver treats quickly and efficiently using company vehicle or own vehicle as available.
• Assist with baking, packaging, cleaning, and other tasks as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service with a smile to walk-in customers and be open to feedback.

• Earn an average of $15 - $20 per hour (includes $10/hr base pay, tips, and delivery fee incentives)

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a positive attitude and deliver delicious treats to customers quickly and efficiently, using the Tiff’s Treats company vehicle (as available) or your own vehicle.
• Assist with baking, packaging, cleaning, and other various tasks as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service with a smile to walk-in customers.
• Be open to receiving and learning from constructive feedback to help you improve and grow.

Requirements:

• Must have a clean driving record & a valid driver’s license
• Must have current car insurance with the driver’s name listed as an authorized driver
• Must have own personal vehicle available for delivering orders when the Tiff’s Treats vehicles are occupied; drivers will be compensated accordingly for taking their own vehicle (Please note: at this time we do not allow our drivers to use motorcycles, scooters, or bicycles for deliveries)
• Must be able to safely operate a motor vehicle while following and obeying all traffic laws; while keeping vehicles clean and organized
• Must be able to stoop, lift, carry, push, pull, bend, twist, reach etc. items up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable with constant standing and/or walking, often in and out of extreme heat, cold, rain, etc.
• Must be willing to follow written & verbal instructions in a loud & busy kitchen environment
• Must be available to work during our busiest days of the year, such as but not limited to Bosses' Day, Admin Pro Day, and Valentine's Day ("All Hands on Deck" Days)
• Greet and assist walk-in customers with a smile
• Assist with various kitchen and cleaning duties
• Driver must have clean driving record, own vehicle, current and valid auto insurance and a valid driver’s license
• Starting pay is $10/hr plus tips & fees (average $15-20/hr)
