Fastenal Co. in New Caney, TX is seeking a Part-time Fulfillment Specialist to deliver inventory solutions and support our vending program. The role includes local deliveries, replenishments, and customer interactions at the branch site.

You will handle deliveries, maintain vending equipment, place and fulfill orders, and support branch success with a strong customer-service mindset and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Proficient written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities.
• Highly motivated, self-directed and customer service oriented.
• Attention to detail and strong sense of urgency.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.

• Ability to lift, slide, carry and lower packages weighing 25lbs-50lbs and up to 75lbs.
• Pass the required drug screen (US, Puerto Rico and Guam).

Responsibilities

• Making deliveries with a company vehicle to fulfill inventory at customer sites
• Performing replenishment and general maintenance of vending equipment
• Interacting with our customers while making deliveries
• Placing and fulfilling orders at customer sites
• Performing other duties as needed to ensure branch success
