Fastenal Co. in Houston, TX is seeking a Full-time Fulfillment Specialist to deliver inventory solutions and manage our vending program.

This role focuses on a dynamic local route, servicing customer needs daily and handling replenishments for managed inventory programs. You will be responsible for delivering, stocking, and maintaining vending equipment at customer sites, interacting with customers during deliveries, and placing orders to ensure branch success.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older and eligible to drive a company vehicle.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
