About the Role

We are seeking a friendly, dedicated Part-Time Delivery Driver to support our team at Sona Pharmacy. The ideal candidate will have a positive demeanor, excel at building relationships, and focus on providing excellent service beyond just technical skills.

What You'll Do

• Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of medication to patients
• Represent Sona Pharmacy with a positive and personal patient experience
• Support the team by maintaining timely deliveries and good communication

Working Hours

• Saturdays: 9 AM - 5 PM
• Sundays: 10 AM - 5 PM
• Mondays: 2 PM - 8 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Use a company-provided mobile device for transactions and receipts
• Complete delivery routes efficiently
• Observe traffic laws and maintain vehicle cleanliness
• Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA
• Communicate route-specific information to the pharmacy team regularly

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to go above and beyond
