Job summary

Kroger in Johnstown, CO is seeking a part-time Logistics/Customer Service Delivery Driver. You will deliver customer orders, act as a Kroger brand ambassador, and provide excellent service while maintaining safety and vehicle standards.

The role requires valid license, good driving record, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfort with handheld tablets. You’ll work on-site and help ensure timely, accurate deliveries with strong customer communication.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must annually pass a DOT regulated medical exam.
• Must have a good driving record.
• Ability to operate a delivery van and handheld tablet device.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• At least 21 years old.
• Chauffeur's license may be required in some states.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while delivering orders to the customer.
• Act as a brand ambassador when discussing Kroger's Seamless Experience.
• Drive a company vehicle safely and in line with driving standards.
• Ensure on-time delivery and handle issues to keep goods in good condition.
• Maintain customer communication and notify of changes on route.
• Record and monitor deliveries accurately.
• Assist fellow drivers when needed during deliveries.
• Maintain temperatures per food safety guidelines and report issues.
• Complete pre-inspection of the vehicle and report defects.
• Operate mapping and customer interaction devices as required.
• Perform essential job functions with or without accommodations.
