Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Delivery Driver to support store operations and deliver parts to commercial customers and DIY shoppers. You’ll drive company-provided vehicles, ensure safe, timely deliveries, and provide product knowledge to customers.

Key qualifications include 18+ years, valid driver's license, basic automotive knowledge, and ability to lift and unload merchandise. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus, Hazmat endorsement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts, ensuring smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers. Load and unload parts accurately per route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.
• Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems. Maintain delivery vehicles and report any issues promptly.
