Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and safety compliance.
• Basic automotive knowledge required.
• Physical ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Provide WOW! customer service and automotive advice to DIY shoppers and commercial customers.
• Collaborate with store staff and commercial accounts for smooth teamwork.
• Maintain delivery operations with time and accuracy goals per policy.
• Deliver with company-provided vehicles, loading/unloading per route.
• Handle returns, cores and parts from nearby stores or vendors.
• Follow PPE and fleet safety policies to ensure a safe environment.
• Process cash and card transactions per policy.
• Stay informed on promotions and products and report vehicle issues.
