AutoZone is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our store team in Pasadena, MD. You will use company-provided vehicles to deliver automotive parts to commercial customers and DIY shoppers, while offering clear, expert advice and ensuring timely, accurate deliveries.

You’ll work in a fast-paced retail environment focused on safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. No CDL is required, training will cover routes, inventory handling, and vehicle maintenance.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and adhere to safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

Aufgaben

• Deliver WOW! customer service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and ensure safe and timely deliveries to commercial customers.
• Load and unload parts per route schedules and maintain delivery operations efficiently.
• Handle returns, cores, and pickups from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Follow PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving environment.
• Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems.
• Maintain delivery vehicles and report issues promptly.
