Job summary

AutoZone, Inc. is hiring a Delivery Driver to join our store team. In this role, you will use company-provided vehicles to deliver automotive parts to commercial customers and DIY shoppers, while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining accurate delivery operations.

Applicants must be at least 18, hold a valid driver’s license, and have basic automotive knowledge. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; lifting and loading merchandise is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18
• Valid driver’s license and driver safety requirements
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service by engaging with customers and providing automotive advice and installation services.
• Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meet time and accuracy goals, and follow company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles, deliver parts to commercial customers, and load/unload per route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe environment.
• Process customer payments securely per company policy.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products; maintain delivery vehicles and report issues.
