Job summary

AutoZone is hiring a Delivery Driver to support store operations and frontline customer service. The role focuses on delivering automotive parts to commercial customers using company-provided vehicles, while maintaining safety and accurate loading/unloading per route schedules.

Ideal candidates have basic automotive knowledge, are 18+, hold a valid driver’s license, and can communicate effectively in English; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus. Part-time schedule available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts, ensuring smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers. Load and unload parts accurately per route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.
• Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems. Maintain delivery vehicles and report any issues promptly.
