This position offers a non-exempt hourly wage of $22.25, with additional incentive programs and employee benefits. Prior delivery experience and a valid license help success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and an MVR meeting standards.
• Must be 21+ years old and able to pass pre-employment screening.
• Excellent customer service skills and reliable delivery performance.
• Map reading and knowledge of the delivery area are preferred.
• Previous professional driving experience in a delivery role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive to customer sites under deadlines, loading/unloading as required.
• Deliver time-sensitive documents and packages safely and on time.
• Ensure all materials are delivered to the correct recipient.
• Operate a scanner to record shipping and package information.
• Maintain punctuality and adhere to safety procedures.
• Assist supervisors with training, route checks, and performance reviews.
