Cardinal Health, Inc. in South Bend, IN is hiring a part-time Pharmacy Services & Delivery team member.

This role offers about 20–25 hours per week with a rotating schedule, typically starting at 2:30 AM on weekdays and 5 AM on weekends, with overtime as needed. You will prepare and deliver to customer accounts on your route using a company vehicle (non-CDL), scan orders on a handheld tablet, and handle package preparation and returns.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent work experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Prior delivery driving experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Able to drive in all weather conditions, day or night.
• Able to sit, stand, be mobile and operate a vehicle for extended periods.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Flexible to work various shifts or overtime.
• Comfortable using computers and tablets.

Responsibilities

• Performs general facility cleaning and other duties as required.

What Pharmacy Services & Delivery contributes to Cardinal Health

Pharmacy Operations is responsible for the safe, efficient and effective coordination of Cardinal Health's pharmacy operations that service acute care hospitals, hospital retail customers, ambulatory care and alternate site facilities, oncology and cardiology practices as well as retail customers.

Shift/Schedule

• Approx. 20-25 hours per week
• Rotating schedule mainly Monday - Friday starting at 2:30AM. Must be willing to work other days and hours based on business needs.
• Rotating weekends starting at 5AM
• Rotating holidays
• Schedule provided in advance but need to have flexibility on your schedule!
• Candidate must be flexible to work different days, schedules, hours, come in early, stay late, or work overtime based on business needs.
