Job summary

Wright Automotive Group in Kentucky is seeking a delivery driver to pick up and deliver vehicles for clients and auctions. You will keep accurate time/distance logs and follow regulatory requirements, while following safety rules and dealership policies.

Strong routing skills help ensure on-time pickups and efficient driving. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Physical demands include lifting 0–50 pounds frequently and 50+ pounds occasionally.

• Pick up and deliver vehicle to and from the dealership to clients and the auction.
• Maintain good working records for time and distance, and all regulatory records as directed.
• Practice defensive driving and comply with all traffic laws and dealership policies and procedures.
• Plan routes to ensure on-time pick-up and delivery and maximize drive time efficiency.

• It is estimated that handling vehicle body parts will constitute approximately 60% of the physical demands, which includes frequently lifting 0-50 pounds and occasional lifting of 50 pounds or more
