Job summary

Wright Automotive Group is seeking a reliable vehicle delivery driver to pick up and deliver cars between the dealership, clients, and the auction. You will maintain time/distance logs and comply with regulatory records and dealership policies.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record. Physical duties include lifting up to 50 pounds and occasional heavier lifting as part of vehicle parts handling.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• It is estimated that handling vehicle body parts will constitute approximately 60% of the physical demands, including lifting 0-50 pounds and occasional lifting of 50 pounds or more.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver vehicle to and from the dealership to clients and the auction.
• Maintain good working records for time and distance, and all regulatory records as directed.
• Practice defensive driving and comply with all traffic laws and dealership policies and procedures.
• Plan routes to ensure on-time pick-up and delivery and maximize drive time efficiency.
