Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy, LLC in Knoxville, TN, is seeking a delivery associate to support our long-term care pharmacy services. You will plan efficient routes, load totes, and deliver meds accurately and on time to facilities while protecting patient privacy and complying with regulations.

Your role requires reliable transportation, GPS/map literacy, and the ability to handle multiple urgent tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of related delivery experience.
• Advanced computer skills and ability to use pharmacy systems preferred.
• Ability to read maps and use GPS.
• Must be 21+ years old and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Determine most efficient routes for assigned deliveries.
• Check totes and ensure orders are complete before departure.
• Deliver correct totes to facilities accurately and on time.
• Exchange facility emergency kits and IV boxes as needed.
• Pick up returned items and refused medications following safety protocols.
• Complete paperwork accurately at end of shift.
• Maintain a pleasant and respectful demeanor with clients.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance and report repairs.
• Follow patient privacy regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
