Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy, LLC in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician I to support East Tennessee Pharmacy Services. Under the supervision of a Registered Pharmacist, you will fill and package prescriptions accurately for delivery to customers.

Responsibilities include labeling, inventory management, scanning, and collaboration to meet productivity and accuracy goals while complying with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration required by state.
  • National Certification (PTCB) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare prescription orders by verifying information and pulling from inventory.
  • Apply labels to medication packaging, scan, and assemble into bins.
  • Alert pharmacist on duty of any medication that is not scanning properly.
  • Participate in training to gain proficiency in other fulfillment workflow areas.
  • Communicate inventory needs to ensure adequate supply for orders.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory levels and organizing stock.
  • Meet pharmacy's established accuracy and productivity levels.
  • Work collaboratively with supervisors and other areas to keep workflow smooth.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly workstation and replenish stock as needed.
  • Comply with local, state, and federal regulations governing dispensing.

May assist in physical inventory.Consistently meet pharmacy's established accuracy and productivity levels.Work collaboratively with other supervisors/functional areas to keep work flowing smoothly and efficiently.Maintain clean and orderly workstation.
