Job Responsibilities

1. Safely operate a Company vehicle to deliver products to customers.
2. Manually load and unload delivery trucks, verify parts loaded and unloaded, and collect payments from customers.
3. Obtain signatures from receiving locations to confirm the accuracy of delivered or returned items.
4. Deliver returned items back to the designated location.
5. Make proper notations on manifests and provide receipts for returned parts.
6. Operate in compliance with all applicable rules and regulations, including DOT and FMCSA standards.
7. Provide excellent customer service during delivery and pickup.
8. Complete annual training as required and assume other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Not responsible for supervising employees.

Minimum Requirements

• No degree required; 1+ years of delivery driving experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Must qualify for corporate vehicle insurance and meet DOT testing and physical requirements.
• At least 21 years old.
• Must comply with all state, local, DOT, and FMCSA regulations.

Preferred Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Six months of related delivery experience.
• Prior warehouse operations experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and interpret data.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to handle routine problems following clear procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Must be able to stand, walk, lift up to 75 pounds, and work in various environments, including cramped spaces and extreme temperatures. Use of PPE may be required. Travel may be necessary, including overnight stays.
