Job summary

Cub Northfield is seeking a part-time deli team member to prepare and finish products for the deli case, while delivering friendly customer service and ensuring safe, reliable, and consistent results. You will handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment and support the department with accurate product handling.

Ideal candidates can operate deli equipment, stand for long periods, and work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to provide prompt, courteous service to customers.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions.
• Shifts vary in length and time, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation.
• Provide customers with accurate, prompt and courteous service.
• Set, fill and rotate deli cases and displays.
• Assist in receiving of product.
• Break down department and perform cleaning duties.
• Follow store and department policies and procedures.
