Responsibilities

• Execute daily production list as delegated by supervisor, ensuring amounts and techniques are understood.
• Assess recipe batch sizes and prepare ingredients accordingly.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures for food handling and preparation.
• Utilize knife and cooking techniques to maintain efficient production.
• Manage oven and stove time and assist other staff as needed.
• Assist in kitchen cleaning and inventory days as directed.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure courteous customer service.
