Festival Foods in Somers, WI is hiring a Part-Time Deli Clerk to join our fast-paced deli team. You will assist guests with breakfast, lunch, and dinner options and support food preparation and guest service in a grocery setting.

This role requires availability 6a-1p and at least one weekend day, with emphasis on safety, quality, and teamwork. Weekly pay and associate benefits are part of our culture.

Qualifications

• Customer focus, communication skills, and problem solving are essential in guest interactions.
• Safety awareness and food knowledge are required to maintain quality and safety in deli operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced grocery environment and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Provide helpful guest service and greet guests professionally.
• Help guests locate items and answer deli department questions by phone or in person.
• Receive, prepare, and fulfill guest orders with attention to detail.
• Address guest concerns promptly and maintain a positive experience.
• Inspect and rotate deli products to ensure quality and safety.
• Maintain deli inventory, supplies, and proper labeling.
• Adhere to food safety standards and logs.
• Meet quality standards by 10 am and 5 pm daily.
• Attend shifts reliably and arrange replacements as needed.
• Support the team with other duties as assigned
