Job summary

Harris Teeter is seeking a part-time associate in Concord, NC to take excellent care of our customers by meeting their needs and surpassing their expectations. Responsibilities include stocking, packaging, and ensuring products meet Fresh Foods standards while delivering courteous service.

Essential duties also involve cleaning work areas, unloading stock, and handling salvage products. 18+ years of age, strong English language skills, and the ability to learn and work with a team are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Associates must be at least 18 years of age.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills; willingness to participate in required training and teamwork to increase customer satisfaction and sales.

Responsibilities

• Take excellent care of customers by satisfying their needs and exceeding expectations.
• Prepare, process, package, and stock products according to Fresh Foods Standards.
• Provide customer service, clean work areas, unload stock, and reload salvage products according to standards.
