Job summary

Oxford Casino Hotel, part of Churchill Downs Incorporated, is seeking a part-time Dealer as part of a 2-week school starting 11/30/26. Be on the floor dealing games and delivering outstanding guest service.

Responsibilities include dealing table games to standards, complying with internal controls, handling cash, and maintaining pace. Must pass auditions for Spanish 21 by day 45 and Mini Bac by day 80.

Qualifications

• Must have comprehensive knowledge and be able to be certified on all table games assigned.
• Demonstrate proficiencies in handling cards, cheques, and money, as well as counting and payoff accuracy.
• Must have the ability to utilize arms and hands equally, allowing them to deal all games accurately and proficiently, meeting Oxford’s standards.
• Must have the ability to walk the game to effectively protect company assets.
• Must be able to pass auditions for Spanish 21 by day 45 and Mini Bac by day 80.
• All full time dealers must deal all core games.
• Must be Title 31 and Problem Gambling certified, and attend annual training.
• Possess excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deal required table games to company standards.
• Conduct dealer duties in compliance with internal controls and standard operating procedures.
• Control the pace of the games, pay winning bets and collect losing bets per house rules, and handle cash transactions.
• Deliver outstanding guest service at all times.
