Job summary

Parker John’s is seeking daytime Hosts to welcome guests and manage the front of house at our Appleton location. This part-time role focuses on delivering friendly hospitality during daytime shifts and forming the first impression of the Parker John’s dining experience.

You’ll greet guests, manage the waitlist, take carryout orders, and help maintain a clean, welcoming host stand. No prior experience required; we train the right attitude and reliability.

• Excellent hospitality mindset and guest-facing skills are valued.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities are essential for front-of-house hosts.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests as they enter and thank them as they leave.
• Manage the waitlist using our app-based system.
• Answer phones and take accurate carryout and delivery orders.
• Process carryout payments and ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand.
• Assist the team wherever needed to support the guest experience.
• Must be available for daytime weekday shifts.
• Strong reliability and consistent attendance are required.
