• Manage the waitlist using our app-based system.
• Answer phones and take accurate carryout and delivery orders.
• Process carryout payments and ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand.
• Assist the team to support the guest experience.
• Be available for daytime weekday shifts.
• Demonstrate reliability and consistent attendance.
• Multitask and stay organized under pressure.
• Remain positive and professional during busy periods.
