Job summary

Corporate Cleaning Group is seeking part-time daytime cleaners for a premier apartment community in Nashville, TN. The shift runs Monday–Friday from approximately 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, with pay at $16.00 hourly.

This daytime role focuses on cleaning of common areas, amenities, and other shared spaces, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for residents and staff. Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Prior commercial cleaning or apartment maintenance experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Common Area Cleaning – clean lobbies, amenity spaces, mail/package areas, coworking spaces, fitness areas, hallways, stairwells, elevators, and other shared spaces.
• Floor Care – vacuum carpets and mats; sweep and mop hard surfaces.
• Restroom Cleaning – disinfect toilets, sinks, counters, mirrors, fixtures, and restrooms; restock supplies.
• Surface Cleaning – dust and wipe furniture, counters, desks, baseboards, fixtures and equipment.
• Glass & Detail Cleaning – clean mirrors, glass, doors and elevator surfaces.
• Trash Removal – empty bins and replace liners.
• Amenity Care – maintain fitness and resident spaces per schedule.
• Operational Excellence – follow Job Cards and checklists; communicate issues; ensure inspection readiness.
• Teamwork – collaborate with Day Porter to complete duties to standards.

Corporate Cleaning Group is seeking Part-Time Daytime Cleaners for a premier apartment community in Nashville, TN.

Shift

Monday–Friday, approximately 9:00 AM–12:00 PM

Pay

$16.00/hour

Position Summary

Corporate Cleaning Group is looking for dependable, detail-oriented team members to help maintain a clean, welcoming apartment community. This daytime position focuses on scheduled cleaning of common areas and amenities throughout the property.

We are looking for people who take pride in their work, pay attention to details, work efficiently as part of a team, and understand the importance of creating a clean and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and property staff.

What You Will Do

• Common Area Cleaning – Clean and maintain lobbies, resident amenity spaces, mail/package areas, coworking areas, fitness areas, hallways, stairwells, elevators, and other shared spaces according to the assigned cleaning schedule.
• Floor Care – Vacuum carpets and mats and sweep and mop hard-surface flooring.
• Restroom Cleaning – Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, counters, mirrors, fixtures, and floors and restock restroom supplies.
• Surface Cleaning & Dusting – Dust and wipe furniture, counters, desks, baseboards, fixtures, equipment, and other surfaces.
• Glass & Detail Cleaning – Clean mirrors, interior glass, glass doors, elevator surfaces, and other high-visibility areas.
• Trash Removal – Empty trash receptacles and replace liners throughout assigned areas.
• Amenity Care – Help maintain fitness, resident, office, model, pet spa, and other community spaces according to the assigned schedule.
• Operational Excellence – Follow Job Cards, complete assigned task checklists, communicate any issues, and help ensure the community is always inspection-ready.
• Teamwork – Work efficiently alongside your cleaning partner and Day Porter to ensure the property's cleaning needs are completed to Corporate Cleaning Group standards.

Prior commercial cleaning, apartment cleaning, or housekeeping experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train dependable people with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
