Part Time Daylight Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Join us at Kadima Healthcare as a Part Time Daylight Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated LPN to provide care and treatment in accordance with physician orders within a team environment and scope of practice as defined by the state. The LPN will work under the supervision of physicians and registered nurses (RNs).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assess patients through physical examinations and diagnostic testing to determine health status.
  • Administer medications and treatments.
  • Participate in care planning.
  • Supervise LPNs and certified nursing assistants.
  • Communicate with physicians regarding patient condition changes and test results.
  • Document assessments and care in compliance with standards and policies.
  • Educate patients and families on health-related issues.
  • Complete required documentation according to policies and regulations.
Entry Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
  • Valid state licensure as an LPN.
  • Current CPR certification.
