The purpose of this role is to provide assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services according to their assessment and care plan, as directed by your supervisor and in compliance with facility policies, procedures, and current federal, state, and local standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day resident care duties under the supervision of licensed nurses.
• Assist in maintaining a positive physical, social, and psychological environment for residents.

Education and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification, having completed a state-approved Nurse Aide Training program and competency evaluation.
