Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age and at least three years older than the oldest youth in the group.
• Valid driver’s license (prefer Kansas)

• Clean the classroom and maintain an acceptable and safe environment.
• Displays good judgment in decision-making situations.

• Adheres to all district health and safety policies, including all precautions of the Bloodborne Pathogens Exposure Control Plan.

• The ability to communicate clearly.
• Must have the skills and abilities to carry out the program of activities.
• The ability to foster a positive, healthy relationship with children or youth.
• The ability to provide supervision and guidance to a group of children or youth under the direction of the Lead Teacher.
