Allegiance Industries, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Day Shift Weekend Security Guard for Saturdays and Sundays, 11am–11pm, in a manufacturing facility.

The role supports facility security, safety, and incident reporting while following post orders and directives. On-the-job training is provided; candidates should be able to handle stress, stand for long periods, and communicate effectively with the public and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency required.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.
• Ability to work all shifts, including weekends.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Currently Hiring: Part-Time Day Shift Weekend Security Guard

Shift: Saturday & Sunday 11am to 11pm

We are looking for you to…

• Assist Allegiance management in delegated duties and functions
• Follow written/verbal directives
• Stand or walk constantly (for multiple hours, up to an entire shift) on various surfaces (tile, concrete, carpet, grass, dirt)
• Monitor security cameras
• Public relations and awareness and dealing tactfully with the public
• Assist in investigations concerning loss/damage of client property
• Follow post orders, Allegiance policy and procedure and other directives
• Obtain and in detail statements, write reports, interview and observe and document information in a professional manner

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency
• Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation
• Ability to pass a background and drug screening
• Ability to work all shifts
• Ability to understand, interpret and follow the rules, instructions and lawful orders
• Ability to cope with stressful work situations
• Physical stamina and dexterity
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures
• Ability to detect safety hazards within the building and communicate with appropriate staff as well as follow all mandated safety requirements.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to obtain a Guard License
