Job summary

Allegiance Industries, Inc. is hiring for a 1st Shift Security Guard. The role involves standing/walking during shifts, monitoring cameras, interacting with the public, and assisting in investigations at a manufacturing facility.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalency, valid driver's license, ability to pass background and drug screening, and the potential to obtain a Guard License. EOE/Veterans/Disabled/LGBT employer.

Responsibilities

• Assist Allegiance management in delegated duties and functions.

• Stand or walk constantly for multiple hours.
• Monitor security cameras.
• Public relations and awareness and dealing tactfully with the public.
• Assist in investigations concerning loss/damage of client property.
• Follow post orders, Allegiance policy and procedure and other directives.
• Obtain and in detail statements, write reports, interview and observe and document information in a professional manner.

Currently hiring: 1st Shift Security Guard

Shift: Monday- Wednesday (8a-4p) Saturday & Sunday (2p-10p)

We are looking for you to…

• Assist Allegiance management in delegated duties and functions
• Follow written/verbal directives
• Stand or walk constantly (for multiple hours, up to an entire shift) on various surfaces (tile, concrete, carpet, grass, dirt)
• Monitor security cameras
• Public relations and awareness and dealing tactfully with the public
• Assist in investigations concerning loss/damage of client property
• Follow post orders, Allegiance policy and procedure and other directives
• Obtain and in detail statements, write reports, interview and observe and document information in a professional manner

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency
• Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation

• Ability to understand, interpret and follow the rules, instructions and lawful orders
