Job summary

Eden Prairie Center Incorporated is seeking a seasonal part-time janitorial associate in Eden Prairie, MN. You will clean and polish lighting fixtures, floors, windows, walls, and various common areas, ensuring a tidy and safe environment for shoppers and staff.

The role requires ability to read simple instructions, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 pounds. Prior experience is not required; day-to-day tasks include trash removal, rest room sanitation, and following established safety

Responsibilities

• Clean and polish lighting fixtures, surfaces, and fixtures.
• Clean rooms, lobbies, restrooms, hallways, and other areas.
• Sweep, scrub, and polish floors; dust and wipe surfaces.
• Clean windows, walls, and woodwork; empty trash and dispose properly.
• Transport waste to designated disposal area as required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (Other duties may be assigned.):

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas.
• Sweeps, scrubs, finishes, and polishes floor.
• Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
• Dusts furniture and equipment.
• Polishes metalwork.
• Washes walls, ceilings, and woodwork.
• Washes windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empties wastebaskets, and empties and cleans ashtrays.
• Transports trash and waste to disposal area.

Salary Range

• $17.33 per hour Seasonal Part Time Position

Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
