Job summary

sms is seeking a dedicated janitor to maintain clean and orderly premises across commercial and institutional settings. You will perform routine cleaning tasks and respond to housekeeping needs.

No prior experience required; physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds; English reading/writing required; you’ll work in a team and follow safety guidelines. Benefits may include basic insurance and paid time off.

• Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.

• Empties wastebaskets, and cleans ashtrays.

Education/Experience

No prior experience or training.

Language Ability

Math Ability

Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
