Parkdale Health and Rehab is a skilled nursing facility committed to resident-centered care in Price, UT. We are expanding our CNA team and offer on-the-job training, tuition reimbursement, and a supportive work environment for growth.

This part-time position covers day shifts (6 AM–2 PM, 2 PM–10 PM, or 6 AM–6 PM) with a focus on compassionate assistance with daily living activities and resident comfort. Certification assistance is provided for those pursuing CNA credentials.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification or willingness to become certified within 120 days of employment.
• Strong communication with residents and coworkers.
• Willingness to learn local, state, and federal long-term care regulations.

Responsibilities

• Answer residents' call lights and determine needs.
• Turn and reposition residents in bed.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating, mobility).
• Monitor dietary restrictions, allergies, and preferences.
• Record food and liquid intake and output as required.
• Communicate changes to nursing staff and build resident relationships.
