Qualifications

• BSN preferred with 10 hours of ongoing education per year.
• Current Maine RN license; specialty certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and team.
• Ability to identify changes in patient conditions and act accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care per standards.
• Coordinate care across inpatient, outpatient and community settings.
• Collaborate with geriatrics, providers and activities teams to support patient engagement.
• Maintain patient and family-centered care and effective communication.
