Job summary

St. Gabriel's Community in North Dakota is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our caregiving team. The role involves nursing assessments, care planning, interventions, evaluations, and maintaining professional standards as part of our integrated care approach.

You will provide medication administration knowledge, collaborate with residents, families, and staff, and educate on care plans. Must hold an active RN license in good standing and be proficient in English.

Qualifications

• Must hold current state licensure as a RN in good standing.
• Possess organization skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Be able to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement appropriate plan of care based on assessment and diagnosis tailored to meet each individual’s needs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of medications and their correct administration.
• Plan for and provide resident, family and caregiver education.
