Job summary

Fundamental is seeking a Part Time Respiratory Therapist to deliver prescribed respiratory therapies in a care setting. You will work with physicians and nurses to implement plans of care, monitor patient responses, and ensure safe gas administration.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, timely communication, and adherence to clinical protocols. Prior long-term care experience and reliable transportation are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) in good standing with the state.
• Must be NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist.
• Current BCLS certification; ASLC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and assess prescribed therapy per plan of care, including routine and intensive therapy.
• Utilize oxygen and therapeutic gases using masks, tents, incubators.
• Monitor and document patient response, communicate changes, and administer prescribed gases/drugs.
