Job summary

CCS Facility Services in Denver, CO is seeking a part-time Day Porter to maintain the cleanliness of common areas in office buildings and other facilities. You will perform spot cleaning, vacuuming, trash removal, restroom checks, and light maintenance under the direction of the Management Office.

This role emphasizes reliability, punctuality, safety, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. DailyPay is available to eligible employees.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lobby and common areas in clean, orderly condition.
• Spot clean lobby glass doors and polish surfaces.
• Vacuum elevator cabs, wipe doors, walls and tops twice daily.
• Empty exterior trash receptacles and clean restrooms twice daily.
• Sweep stairs, entrances and debris removal in landscaping areas as needed.
• Report lighting, security, and maintenance needs to Management Office.
