Job summary

The Independence Houses in Lincoln is seeking compassionate CNAs or a 40 hour Medication Aide to join our memory care community. We value teamwork, hands-on resident care, and leading by example. This part-time role offers 16-24 hours weekly, mostly 7am–3pm, with potential on-call shifts and pay differentials.

We promote from within, support student schedules, and provide benefits such as 401(k), 401(k) matching, vision, dental, health coverage, and PTO to eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Experience as CNA or Medication Aide in a care setting.
• Comfortable providing hands-on resident care.
• Ability to work as part of a team and lead by example.

Pay: Starting Base Pay starting from $20 High Shift Diff. Pay and On-call staffing pay opportunities
