The Independence Houses in Lincoln, NE, is seeking compassionate CNAs or 40-hour Medication Aides to join our memory care team. These part-time roles involve 16–24 hours per week with a night shift from 11pm to 7am, emphasizing leading by example and team collaboration.

Starting pay is $20 per hour, with high shift differential pay and on-call opportunities to enhance earnings. We promote from within and value dependable, resident-focused caregivers.
