Randstad USA in Massachusetts is seeking a data-minded professional for a part-time, flexible-hour role (~1–20 hours per week) with duties centered on managing spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy, and transforming data for presentation. Evening work may be required, but you must be available during regular East Coast business hours.

The position requires a background check, credit check, and an Excel assessment during the interview process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3 years of experience or more.
• Experience using Excel, CRM and databases in data management.

Responsabilités

• Manage spreadsheets including checking for accuracy and integrity of data and formulas.
• Problem solve and resolve issues with spreadsheets.
• Compare datasheets with form data, transposing information and checking for accuracy.
• Assist in research as needed on data.
• Support review of presentations and spreadsheets as required.
